At 100% Capri, we take pride in the artisanal quality of our linen collections; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all luxury packaging and tags intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the linen items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original 100% Capri branded boxes to ensure they are protected during transit, including all original documentation.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid high-priority shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Inspection and Refund
Once our boutique team receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
